Events vary from one hour to weekend seminars. Topics include but are not limited to - TO SHIN DO NINJUTSU: Beginning through Advanced instruction. Specializing in conceptual training, perfecting taijutsu, fluidity of movement, and fighting applications of bo, yari, and spear.
SUPPLE SPINE AGILITY TRAINING: Exercises, drills and fighting applications designed to teach or enhance fluidity and efficiency of movement.
Supple Stretches - A series of stretches and exercises drawn from dance and yoga to increase joint mobility and flexibility.
Independent Joint Mobility - Exercises and drills to increase mobility and coordination to create a fluid progression of sequential joint movement used to absorb impact.
Supple Striking - Exercises and drills to utilize natural wave or whip-like motion in the spine and limbs to generate power.
Leg and Hip Manipulations - Exercises and drills using the legs and hips to absorb, redirect or confound the intended actions of the attacker.
Ground Engagement - Exercises and Drills utilizing supple movement and complex body mechanics to use the ground in a participatory rather than an adversarial way.
PROTECTION AND EMPOWERMENT: Sessions may be tailored for women, men, or both. Sessions are based entirely upon the needs and concerns of the participants and may address topics such as emotional and physical protection, communication, fear, sexual harassment, anger, depression, security, self defense. EMPOWEREED LIVING: Lecture, discussion and book signing.
